Michelle Gregor is the Global Head of Talent Experience at DRW, where she has built a distinguished career over the last 18 years. In her current role, she leads talent experience initiatives across the organization, driving strategic human resources initiatives on a global scale.  Her extensive background demonstrates a strong track record in building and nurturing talent, driving organizational culture, and implementing HR solutions that support business growth.

Michelle is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is based in Chicago, Illinois, where she continues to lead DRW's people-focused initiatives.
