Michelle leads Global Behavioral Health at Amazon. Her team oversees the strategy, design, and delivery of behavioral health programs for Amazon employees and their family members worldwide. She is a licensed clinical psychologist and adjunct associate professor at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to joining Amazon, Michelle spent over 13 years engaged in clinical care, research, and teaching. Her research centered on developmental outcomes for youth with chronic and complex medication conditions. She was previously the Co-PI of an NIH-funded R01 grant investigating a digital parenting intervention. She continues to serve as a pro bono consultant for the parenting research. She was elected to the Society for Pediatric Research and served a subcommittee member for a National Academic of Sciences special report about best practices for low birth weight infants.
