Michelle has served since 2025 as Managing Director and North America Health, Wealth & Career (HWC) Leader at WTW, where she drives revenue growth, advances innovative solutions across the geography, and ensures clients receive the full value of HWC insights and services. In this role, she also acts as executive sponsor to several major clients, oversees key client relationships, develops new business, and champions colleague engagement. Over her more than 30 year career with WTW, Michelle has held significant leadership positions including Midwest Region Leader and Market Leader for Michigan and Northwest Ohio, becoming the Michigan office’s first female office leader in its 70 year history. A specialist in total rewards, benefit design, employee communication, MD&A, benefit harmonization, and M&A integration, she has advised numerous Fortune 500 companies across industries, with expertise in healthcare, automotive, and financial services, and is a co founder and active participant in the Michigan Mobility Talent Consortium. Michelle’s industry influence also includes co-creating WTW’s Risk Leadership Academy, developing and delivering widely recognized training on relationship building and inclusive conversations, and speaking at Detroit Economic Club Young Leader Conferences. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and the Conference of Consulting Actuaries, an enrolled actuary under ERISA, and serves on the boards of Special Olympics Michigan (where she was previously board chair) and the Detroit Economic Club. Her professional recognition includes Crain’s Notable Women in HR award as well as the President’s Award and Board Chair Award from Special Olympics Michigan.
