Michele is Vice President, Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility at Purdue Pharma, where she oversees communications strategy and social impact initiatives. Michele has a proven track record of setting strategic direction and managing internal and external communications amid complexity and change. With assistance from The Conference Board, she recently completed her doctoral dissertation, entitled: How executives describe empowering employees during corporate change: A multiple case study.

Michele is a Peabody award-winning former journalist. She serves as the Chair of the Jefferson University College of Population Health Alumni Board, as an Advisory Board member of Move to Heal, and as a member of the Executive Council for The Conference Board Brand Strategy & Management Council as well as a member of its Corporate Communications Strategy Council.
