Michael Walsh is the Co-Founder of Cariloop and serves as its Chief Executive Officer and Board Chair.

Since inception in 2012, Michael has raised $44 million in venture financing to create the ‘Caregiver Support’ category, build a high-performing team of executive and senior leaders, and establish Cariloop as a visionary pioneer and leader within the industry serving nearly 2 million members globally. Michael championed Cariloop’s conversion to a Public Benefit Corporation and the achievement of its B Corp certification, committing the company and its stakeholders to being a force for good in the world and using its products, services, and experiences to create a material positive impact on society.

Michael holds a BS in Industrial Management from Purdue University and lives in Plano, Texas with his wife Melanie and 2 dogs, Reese and Bailey. Before the founding of Cariloop, Michael started his career at Protiviti, working with large manufacturers and health systems focusing on risk consulting, internal audit, and operational effectiveness. Michael has also served as the President of the Dallas Roundtable, mentors startups and entrepreneurs at Health Wildcatters (where Cariloop graduated from in 2013), has been an active member of Conscious Capitalism both locally and nationally, and volunteers on the weekends at Children’s Health Dallas as a patient pal.
