Michael Jarnum is Founder and Partner at Commerzial, a Management Consultancy specialized in driving commercial transformations for major international companies in the b-2-b space.

He holds more than 33 years of business experience both from Industry and Consultancy and is passionate about helping individuals and companies to embed new ways of working to grow both numbers and people in a sustainable way.

Michael has an academic background and an MBA from Copenhagen Business School, but is known to develop pragmatic and practical solutions together with his customers, ensuring realism and execution, and delivering tangible changes and financial results.

With a solid track-record from sales-transformation projects with companies like Vertiv, GN Hearing, Rockwool, API International and many more international organizations, Michael is currently spending an increasing amount of time to help companies decoupling environmental impact from their growth. 

Within this field  he has hosted webinars and been speaker at a number of event and conferences, including the Danish Industry Association, and has together with the Commerzial team and other partners helped develop a practical toolbox for companies wanting to successfully embed critical sustainability solutions into their commercial operation, de-risking their future business and creating competitive advantage in the marketplace already today.
