Michael brings over 15 years of experience building and leading high-performing customer success organizations. Most recently, he served as SVP of Marketing and Commercial Operations at Aetion, where he led the commercial strategy and played a key role in the company’s acquisition by Datavant.

Prior to Aetion, Michael held multiple leadership roles at PROS, overseeing Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support. During his tenure, he improved customer retention from the mid-80% range to the high 90s by strengthening operational rigor and deepening strategic client partnerships.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys hiking and skiing, volunteers as a firefighter, and is an avid points-and-miles enthusiast. He and his husband, a Broadway musician and conductor, split their time between New York City and the Hudson Valley with their two dogs.
