Michael Atcovitz has over 30 years of Human Resources experience across diverse industry sectors and organizational cultures.  While his early career experience was in training and organizational development, the gravity of his career has been spent as a strategic business partner to senior-level operations executives while leading large, geographically dispersed teams in North America. 

Currently, Mike is VP, Field Human Resources for Rite Aid Corporation and has held similar roles with Tyco International, ADT Security Services and Waste Management, Inc amongst others.  Over the past ten years, Mike has unwittingly found himself in the middle of some type of HR or business transformation effort – initially, as a “seasoned skeptic” and more recently, sitting in the front row, leading the effort while remaining steadfast on his learning journey.
