Micah is the Global Change and Adoption Lead for The Estée Lauder Companies, with a focus on the Profit Recovery and Growth Program, the company's largest ever restructuring and the core enabler of the corporate strategy. In this role, he sets the global change and adoption structure and strategy and supports a network of over 20 change and adoption practitioners across regions, functions, and brands. He also co-founded Kindred, ELC's disability and mental health employee resource group. Micah previously worked at PwC's human capital consulting practice and the ACLU's Affiliate Support & Advocacy Department. Outside of work Micah serves on two nonprofit boards and parents two cool daughters.
