Melody McClain currently serves as the Director, Benefits Programs within the Global Total Rewards Department of Levi Strauss and Company.  She manages all US health and welfare plans with oversight of well-being programs that cover corporate, retail and distribution center employees.  Melody joined Levi Strauss in 2020 and has over 25 years of experience in benefits spanning several industries including health care, education and consumer products.  Prior to working with LS&Co., Melody served as the Regional Manager, Benefits and Wellness for Sutter Health - East Bay as well as the Executive Director, Health and Benefits at City Colleges of Chicago.  She is a Purchasers Business Group on Health Board Member and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois, Chicago.
