Megan Marshall based in New York City, is a pharmacy consultant and serves as a strategic advisor to clients related to pharmacy design and management. In her current role, Megan provides operational, strategic and financial consulting to large employers aimed at optimizing their prescription drug benefits. In addition to her pharmacy financial consulting role, Megan sits on both the WTW Clinical/Marketplace and the Financial and Actuarial Innovation Hubs.

Megan has over 28 years of experience in the pharmacy benefit management (PBM) industry including industry evolving pricing models, plan benchmarking, contract performance analysis, contract negotiation, procurement, renewals, market checks, auditing, and data analytics. Prior to joining WTW in 2017, Megan held multiple roles with organizations in commercial managed care, Medicaid managed care, insurer special investigation units, auditing, and PBMs.
