Megan Farrell Cardamone is a Vice President of Sales at OneImaging, where she has helped to lead the growth of the commercial business via strategic partnerships and direct contracts with over 50 customers and 1 million lives. At a time when imaging is one of the fastest-growing and most variable cost drivers in healthcare, Megan and her team partner with benefits leaders to drive meaningful cost savings, improve quality, and deliver a more transparent, member-centric experience.

Through her contributions, OneImaging has expanded its national footprint and deepened partnerships with employers, consultants, and health plans. enabling organizations to take a more proactive, data-driven approach to managing specialty care spend while improving outcomes for their populations.

Prior to OneImaging, Megan held senior leadership roles at Sharecare, where she led employer-focused growth initiatives and partnered with organizations to improve population health and reduce total cost of care.

Megan holds an MHA from the Medical University of South Carolina and a BS in Health Sciences from Clemson University. She lives in Charleston, SC with her husband and two golden retrievers. They enjoy biking, running on the beach, playing tennis and enjoying Charleston vibrant restaurant scene.
