Her extensive background includes leading significant client-facing changes such as brand acquisitions and regulatory compliance initiatives, as well strategic business transformation both functionally and enterprise-wide. 

In her current role within Visa’s ?Enterprise Transformation Office, she oversees strategic change initiatives aimed at achieving Visa's key business objectives. She is responsible for designing comprehensive strategies and enhancing the broader organization’s capabilities in change leadership, sponsorship, execution, and resiliency. Her focus on the people side of transformation has empowered leaders to navigate change confidently at a localized level.

Meagan holds a Master's degree in Organizational Change Leadership, which enables her to combine academic research with practical experience to drive effective change for one of the world’s most recognized brands.
