Matthew is an experienced business development executive, strategist, and advisor with more than twenty years of experience advising corporate leaders, institutional investors, and policy stakeholders. Specializes in building and scaling data-driven solutions at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology.

Matthew most recently served as Senior Director at Horizon Engage, a New York–based geopolitical risk consultancy. He founded MacroTessera, advising organizations ranging from technology startups to multinational corporations on business development, sales, and go-to-market strategy. Previously, he was Managing Director and Head of North America at Oxford Analytica, led the Global Markets group at Predata Inc., and held senior leadership roles at Eurasia Group and Enquire AI.

In addition to his professional work, Matthew teaches in the University of Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Education program, leading courses in applied data analytics for decision-making. He holds an MSc in International Relations from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a BA in History and English from Franklin & Marshall College.
