Matthew Kilgarriff serves as an Independent Director to international companies, academic institutions and think tanks, including the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL), the Swiss Network of United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), and the Swiss Institute of Directors (SIoD).

He was an executive at Richemont, the Swiss luxury goods group, serving as Group Company Secretary and Director of Corporate Responsibility. Leading in finance, governance and sustainability roles over 25 years, he helped to shape a blue chip with a green blush.

He holds degrees from the Universities of Cambridge, Reading and the City of London. He is a Fellow of the UK’s Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA), the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) and the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (ICRS).
