Organizational Change Consultant
Matt Orozco has spent over 10 years working in HR Technology across both the public and private sectors with organizations ranging in size from 10 - 100,000+ employees. He has worked with organizations such as Staples, Alaska Airlines, Volvo, State of Pennsylvania, and Fort Lauderdale County to help them leverage SaaS solutions to complement and improve existing HR processes across the entire talent lifecycle. Matt has written articles about engagement, DE&I, and employee experience with a particular passion for neurodiversity.
In a previous role, Matt founded an ERG for people with disabilities and currently volunteers with organizations like Best Buddies to help people with IDD find employment. At Peakon Matt is actively involved with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee and is passionate about using data to drive a more equitable and engaging employee experience.
