Matt Goldman has been at Amgen for seven years. During that time, he led the development of Amgen’s Corporate Responsibility program, which has evolved into the current Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) program.

As Director, ESG, Matt provides technical, analytical, and strategic support to all the functions across Amgen that implement various parts of the ESG Program while also serving as a key resource for Executive Management in their governance of ESG. Before joining Amgen, Matt spent 30 years in the consulting world, developing and leading a sustainability consulting practice and working with many public and private sector clients.
