Matt is the Sr. Total Rewards Specialist and leads the administration of benefits nationally for Foundation Risk Partners.  Matt will be with FRP for 5 years this June, and in his current role he is responsible for the management and implementation of an ever-growing benefit offering for one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the United States.  Matt is passionate about providing a first-class benefits experience for the employees he serves and enjoys finding solutions to everyday problems for him and his team.  Prior to joining FRP, Matt was a Solution Hub Specialist at Takeda Pharmaceuticals and received his Bachelor`s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Saint Joseph`s University in Philadelphia, PA.
