Mark Warburton is the Manager of Operations at the Committee for Economic Development (CED), the public policy center of The Conference Board. In this role, Mark drives coordination across teams to ensure the successful execution of CED’s programs, events, and strategic initiatives. Before joining CED, Mark served as an International Program Specialist at the U.S. Department of Commerce's Commercial Law Development Program, where he organized high-level diplomatic engagements across the Asia-Pacific region to strengthen legal and commercial frameworks and advance U.S. economic partnerships across the Global South.

Previously, Mark worked for the U.S. Department of State, supporting the development of economic and commercial studies curricula for Foreign Service Officers and senior U.S. diplomats. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Political Science from The George Washington University and is a Boren Scholar, having studied Mandarin Chinese in Taipei, Taiwan.
