Marissa Melander is a Director in WTW’s Health and Benefits line of business, managing complex engagements, as well as serving as a strategic client advisor to a number of tech employers and leading WTW’s national high tech vertical. In addition to her work in Health and Benefits, Marissa has lead integrated teams spanning multiple Willis Towers Watson lines of business to implement and support large scale projects. Marissa’s experience includes:

• Global health and wellbeing strategy and execution, including plan management, contract negotiation and mergers and acquisitions
• Multiple lines of business integration, including employee experience, benefit administration, total rewards, and service center

Marissa has eighteen years of experience in benefits consulting.   

Education and Credentials

Marissa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rochester, and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from New York University in healthcare administration.
