Marilyn Hasler is the Total Rewards and HRIS Manager at CompTIA, based in a suburb outside of Chicago. Since joining CompTIA in January 2021, she has led the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that align with organizational goals and support employee satisfaction. She also oversees the optimization and administration of CompTIA’s HRIS platform, ensuring it meets organizational needs and delivers efficient, reliable data for decision-making.

Outside of work, Marilyn enjoys reading, taking long walks with her 2-year-old dog, and traveling to new places with her husband.
