Marc Mascolo is a Senior Director, Talent Acquisition (TA) - Enterprise Functions at Johnson & Johnson. Partnering closely with executive leadership, he shapes global TA strategy and leads innovative approaches to attracting, assessing, and hiring world-class talent. Marc also serves as the TA sponsor for Latin America and leads J&J’s AI and Data Science TA practice, helping build critical capabilities that support the company’s continued growth and innovation.

Over more than two decades with J&J, Marc has held a variety of global leadership roles across TA strategy, executive recruiting, talent sourcing, and university recruiting. He has led large-scale talent transformation initiatives, built high-performing global teams, and helped modernize TA through AI, data, and digital innovation.

Prior to joining J&J, Marc held recruiting and talent leadership roles with Pfizer, Kvaerner, and Aerotek.

Marc lives in New Jersey with his wife and three children. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching youth sports, golfing, traveling with his family, and mentoring the next generation of TA leaders.
