Lynnette Heath joined nVent as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer in 2017 when the company was preparing to spin out of Pentair and become a standalone public company. Prior to joining nVent, she was Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Entrust Datacard. Previously, she served in HR roles at General Electric, McKesson Corp. and Northern States Power (now Xcel Energy).  In her role at nVent, Lynnette has supported tremendous growth and helped the business transform to a more focused electrical company.  She has driven transformation in HR including creating the Inclusion and Diversity team which established 9 Employee Resource Groups and embedded inclusion into the company culture.  She also leads the People pillar of the Sustainability strategy and programs and the employee communications team.

Lynnette serves as Vice President on the nVent Foundation Board which focuses on STEM education in underserved communities.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.
