Lynanne Kunkel is the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Transformation Officer for Vail Resorts. In this role, she leads all facets of human resources to drive business growth across the Vail Resorts global enterprise. As Chief Transformation Officer, she is driving the multi-year strategy to improve organization effectiveness and scale for operating leverage as the company expands and grows globally. Prior to joining Vail Resorts, she served in various HR executive positions for the Whirlpool Corporation, following a 20-year career at P&G in a variety of roles in both human resources and manufacturing operations. Throughout, her focus has been to elevate the strategic impact of human resources to deliver enhanced business performance. Lynanne is currently the Executive Chair for the Gartner CHRO Global Leadership Board and serves as an Advisor for the CEO of TeamSense, an HR Technology start-up. She is a member of the development advisory board for Greenhouse Scholars, a national non-profit that provides educational opportunities and support to high-achieving and under-resourced college students with the highest potential to be future changemakers.
