Liz Hill serves as Director of Benefits at Advance Auto Parts, where she oversees the strategy and governance of health and welfare plans, retirement programs, and leave of absence policies for more than 60,000 Team Members. With over two decades of experience, Liz has held leadership roles in both corporate benefits and consulting, including positions at Dell Inc., Marriott International, WEX, and Mercer.

Her expertise spans benefits strategy, administration, and employee well-being, with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that enhance workforce engagement and organizational performance. Liz holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.

Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, Liz is passionate about creating programs that make a meaningful impact on employees’ lives. Outside of work, she enjoys rowing, exploring creative projects, and spending time with her husband and teenage son.
