She is known for building high-performing teams, cultivating trusted partnerships across the business, and advancing strategic initiatives through clear communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and a commitment to innovation and operational excellence.

Lisa currently serves as the Benefits Leader for iHeartMedia, where she has spent more than three years shaping benefits strategy and elevating the employee experience for a large, diverse workforce. Her work focuses on modernizing programs, strengthening vendor partnerships, and ensuring benefits remain both competitive and cost-effective in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

Before joining iHeartMedia, Lisa held benefits leadership roles at Celanese, US Beef Corporation (Arby’s franchise), and Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group. Across these organizations, she established herself as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and a champion for programs that balance financial stewardship with meaningful employee impact.

Lisa has also contributed to the broader HR and benefits community through her prior service on the Board of Directors for the DFW Business Group on Health, where she helped advance employer-driven strategies to improve healthcare quality and value.

She earned her bachelor’s degree and PHR certification in parallel with a full-time career, demonstrating her drive, discipline, and commitment to continuous growth. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and three cherished grandbabies, traveling, relaxing by the pool, and embracing new experiences that bring joy and connection.
