Lisa Dallenbach is theSkimm’s Chief People Officer, building a talent strategy that supports both our employees and the business. She is also focused on building an equitable and positive employee experience, and building upon a strong core company culture at theSkimm. Prior to theSkimm, Lisa worked as Chief People Officer at Silverline. Additionally, she was previously the CHRO at Mindshare, and led Human Resources at Digitas for 15 years. She’s helped lead growth, scale organizations at critical inflection points, and strategically build relationships that achieve business outcomes. Having served as both a client and in client services for over 10 years prior to her roles in HR, she has a firm grasp of the critical need to evolve and grow talent to support the growth goals of a business. Lisa’s passion for evolving organizations is matched only by her parallel belief in the need for a people first, human and partner-oriented approach to talent and HR.

Lisa grew up in Southern California, went to school at Boston College and now lives in NJ. She is a running, tennis and beach enthusiast and has three teenagers and two dogs at home - all of which keep her plenty busy outside work hours!
