Lio’s M&A experience has focused on buy and sell-side advisory along the pre- and post-merger integration phases of a deal for key corporate and private equity clients in the Financial Services industry.  In addition to operational diligence and merger/divestiture execution, Lio has worked extensively in identifying and executing performance improvement opportunities and EBITDA/profit margin impacting strategic initiatives in preparation for a transaction, post transaction, or general portfolio value creation.
