Levi Goertz is cofounder and Head of Client Solutions at Valence, an enterprise AI company and the makers of Nadia, the most widely used AI coach in the Fortune 500. Levi works closely with Valence’s enterprise clients to provide dedicated program support and deep expertise on how Nadia can unlock the full potential of every employee. He leads our team of solutions consultants, made up of I/O psychologists, experienced HR consultants, and other experts. Levi previously co-founded Viamo, a software startup with operations in 22 countries across Africa and Asia, and worked at McKinsey, where he advised on organizational transformations and IT projects. He has an MBA from UC Berkeley and an engineering degree from the University of Saskatchewan.
