Responsibilities

Leo is the Innovation and Integrated Solutions Go-to-Market Leader within Aon’s Health Solutions Practice. In this role, Leo is responsible for Aon Health’s new solution sales pipeline for Specialty products and services, market-facing branding of new solutions, and partnering with Aon sales-oriented individuals to drive sustainable revenue growth in North America. Leo will lead sales and go-to-market efforts across the Innovation and Integration Solutions team, ensuring the value proposition of Aon’s specialty products, solutions, and consulting expertise is clearly articulated to colleagues and the external market.

The Innovation and Integrated solutions team is comprised of thought leaders, subject matter experts, and solution developers who work with internal and external clients to bring critical healthcare expertise across pharmacy, wellbeing, clinical, leave and legal disciplines to improve health, performance and wellbeing of their people and organization.

Experience

Prior to joining Aon in 2024, Leo co-led the Innovation and Acceleration practice, and served as the Growth Leader for North Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas at another large human capital consulting firm. In addition, Leo has over 15 years of experience working with large, complex multi-national employers, advising them on best-in-class Health & Welfare and Total Reward strategies.

Leo also has experience in the education technology industry. He worked in Guild Education’s Benefit Design Center of Excellence, a platform for Career Opportunities focused on helping employers reskill their employees for the future of work.

Expertise

Leo has expertise in the following areas: growth, commercialization, and partnering with larger employers on holistic Health & Welfare benefit strategy development, and comprehensive financial, vendor, and plan management.

Education

Leo holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. in mathematics and economics from Colgate University. He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
