Laurie is the Chief Commercial Officer at Transcarent, where she leads the organization's most strategic commercial relationships.

Prior to Transcarent, Laurie was Senior Vice President of the American Medical Association (AMA) and President of AMA Innovations where she focused on driving the future of medicine by setting industry standards across the healthcare sector, guiding next-generation solutions, building large-scale partnerships, convening stakeholders, and influencing best practices.

Prior to the AMA, Laurie was President of Allscripts where she built the company from $30M to $1.5B, to ultimately become the leading e-prescribing, practice management, and Electronic Health Record provider outside the four walls of the hospital.

Laurie is currently a board member of several innovative and NASDAQ publicly traded companies. She is also a strategic mentor for a wide range of technology, nonprofit, and healthcare organizations.
