Laura leads the development and execution of the corporate wellness program strategy for MaineHealth, fostering a culture that values holistic well-being, encompassing physical health, emotional resilience, social connectedness, and financial wellness within HR Total Rewards.  Laura is a passionate and strategic leader in corporate wellness, with extensive experience designing, evaluating, and transforming employee wellbeing programs to drive meaningful outcomes for both individuals and organizations. With a career rooted in healthcare and strong foundation in public health, she brings a unique blend of expertise in health science and strategic program development and employee engagement.

As a champion of inclusive and data-driven wellness strategies, Laura has led multiple initiatives that moved beyond traditional models—integrating personalized, accessible, and impactful programs. Most recently, she spearheaded the successful redesign of MaineHealth’s wellness program that significantly increased utilization, improved employee satisfaction, and aligned tightly with organizational goals—all while optimizing cost and vendor partnerships through a rigorous RFP process.

Laura combines cross-functional collaboration, program evaluation expertise, and a relentless focus on user experience to deliver wellness solutions that resonate with today’s evolving workforce. She holds a B.S. in Health Promotion and Wellness and pursued her M.A. Public Health Innovation at American University in Washington, D.C. She also holds multiple certifications in lifestyle and wellness coaching, resilience & thriving, and corporate well-being.
