Laura Dunn is the Chief Client and Commercial Officer at Modern Health, where she leads global revenue functions—including sales, customer success, marketing, revenue operations, channels and partnerships. She previously served as EVP at Alight Solutions, leading a multi billion dollar strategic accounts organization and managing relationships and sales with many of the world’s largest employers. Earlier roles at Aon and Hewitt Associates saw her build client strategies that delivered industry leading satisfaction, retention, and growth. With nearly 30 years in HR outsourcing and consulting, Laura is known for building high performing teams and delivering measurable results. She holds a B.S. in Business (MIS/CIS) from Indiana University and studied internationally at LSE, HEC Paris, and Koblenz.
