In her current role as Vice President at PNC Bank, Latoya specializes in Fraud, Compliance, Vendor Management, and Dispute resolution, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and an aptitude for mitigating fraud. Her strategic approach and keen attention to detail resulted in the creation of operational efficiencies and enhanced customer satisfaction.
