Kyle Guerin is the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at Henry Schein, where he leads the Henry Schein Cares team and advances the company’s purpose of Helping Health Happen by catalyzing access to healthcare around the world. In this role, Kyle focuses on both large and small scale philanthropic product donations totaling appx. $20 million annually along with strategic nonprofit and customer partnerships that expand access to care, strengthen healthcare systems, and support communities before, during, and after times of need. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and social impact, his work emphasizes aligning business strengths with community needs to create meaningful, measurable impact. Kyle also serves on the board of PQMD, contributing to industry collaboration and ethical supply chain practices. Earlier in his career, he held CSR leadership roles within the dental industry, where he supported global volunteerism, mission-driven partnerships, and access-to-care initiatives. With a background in marketing leadership and experiential events, Kyle brings a storyteller’s mindset to purpose-driven work. He is married with two sons and is a proud Michigan State Spartan.
