Krystal Reid, PHR, SHRM-CP is a seasoned Human Resources executive with over 20 years of experience leading People Operations and Total Rewards strategies across diverse industries, including financial services, logistics, manufacturing, real estate, and hospitality. Currently serving as Director of Total Rewards at BlueLinx Corporation, Krystal oversees enterprise-wide compensation, benefits, and incentive programs for a publicly traded organization with 2,500 employees across 32 states. She reports directly to the CHRO and partners with executive leadership to align Total Rewards initiatives with business objectives, delivering measurable cost savings and strategic impact.

Previously, Krystal served as Director of People Operations & Total Rewards at Chatham Financial, where she built scalable, tech-enabled HR functions and implemented global compensation and benefits strategies across six countries. Her leadership reduced turnover, improved engagement scores, and modernized HR systems, including transitions to SAP Veritas Prime and CloudPay. She also directed HR due diligence for M&A transactions and international expansions.

Krystal’s career includes senior roles at CubeSmart and Lassonde Pappas, where she drove award-winning HR strategies, developed wellbeing programs, and led complex integrations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, along with PHR and SHRM-CP certifications, and has completed the WorldatWork Global Compensation Immersion Program.

Her contributions have earned multiple accolades, including Gallagher High Performing Top Employer for Innovation (2024), Best in Class Employer (2022 & 2023), and several Delaware Valley HR Department of the Year awards.
