Kristine Krueger, PhD

Senior Director, Change Management Office
Unisys

Kristine Krueger, PhD is a senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) and transformation leader within Unisys Global Delivery Services (GDS), where she partners with enterprise clients and internal delivery teams to drive large scale operational, digital, and AI enabled transformations.

Kris brings deep expertise in embedding change management into complex global programs, including IT service transformations, product implementations, operating model shifts, and the enterprise adoption of AI and Microsoft Copilot. Her recent work focuses on integrating OCM earlier and more strategically across the transformation lifecycle—spanning due diligence, solution design, transition, and post go live adoption—to ensure measurable business outcomes from emerging technologies, not just successful deployments.

At Unisys, she has played a key role in shaping OCM strategy across global engagements, developing repeatable OCM frameworks, AI and Copilot adoption standards, and readiness models that align client leadership, delivery teams, and field operations. She is also actively involved in modernizing how change management is positioned, sold, and delivered alongside core transformation and AI services—helping organizations bridge the gap between technology potential and sustained behavior change.

Kristine is known for her pragmatic, outcomes oriented approach to transformation, translating theory into actionable plans that leaders and frontline teams can actually execute. She regularly advises executives on AI readiness, responsible adoption, stakeholder alignment, and new ways of working in highly matrixed, global environments.
