Kristen is a leader in the HR Governance and Workforce Relations Group within the HR function at Wells Fargo. As the head of HR Governance and Examination Planning, she is responsible for the strategy, oversight, and execution of enterprise-wide HR Governance programs, with specific focus on performance management and incentive compensation. Her team provides information and consultation to business groups and enterprise functions, and across HR regarding incentive compensation, risk management, and associated regulatory expectations. Her team also enables HR to achieve strong results across all internal and external examinations by strengthening HR's examination preparation and response capabilities. 

Kristen has worked for Wells Fargo for more than 25 years, holding various HR leadership roles, in HR Centers of Excellence, HR Consulting and Human Capital Risk. Prior to her current role, she was the head of Enterprise Human Capital Controls and Governance where she established the company's Human Capital Risk program. Previous roles included the Head of Talent Services, the Senior HR Business Partner Leader supporting Wells Fargo's enterprise functi8ons and Senior HR Leader for Wholesale Banking HR COEs (Recruiting, ER, L&D, Talent Management and Compensation). 

In addition to her experience at Wells Fargo, she has held HR leadership positions as Barclays Global Investors and OffRoad Capital. Kristen has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
