Relevant Experience/Specialization

Kristin McKee has over 25 years of experience and is a Senior Consultant and Actuary in the Willis Towers Watson Human Capital & Benefits practice based in Cincinnati, Ohio. 

Kristin is the Chief Pharmacy Actuary for Willis Towers Watson North America and is a national expert in pharmacy contract analysis and negotiations.

Kristin leads the Willis Towers Watson Pharmacy Financial/Actuarial team and has extensive experience in the pricing, negotiation and design of pharmacy benefit arrangements. Kristin has led the financial evaluation work and negotiations for a significant number of Fortune 500 employers including but not limited to PBM procurement processes, onsite analyses, benchmarking, contract negotiations, renewals and market checks.

In addition to these clients, she has overseen many aspects of pharmacy individual and group purchasing including PBM contracting and financial analysis for a variety of pricing models including traditional, reinvested rebates, transparent and hybrid. She has experience with design, pricing and financial evlaution of employee benefit plans, vendor management and administration, valuation of retiree welfare plan liabilities, and health care and prescription drug strategy.

Kristin leads the Willis Towers Watson Pharmacy Financial/Actuarial team and has extensive experience in the pricing, negotiation and design of pharmacy benefit arrangements.  Kristin leads the negotiations and evaluations of PBM procurements, renewals and market checks for many of Willis Towers Watson’s most sophisticated and custom clients nationally.

Education and Credentials

Kristin is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and has obtained her Ohio Life & Health Insurance License. She received a B.S.B.A. in Actuarial Science from Drake University.
