Kristen Puchek is Vice President of Corporate Citizenship at General Motors, where she brings nearly two decades of experience across corporate purpose, inclusion and accessibility, and philanthropy. She is recognized for connecting enterprise strategy with practical execution to build programs that strengthen people, culture, and community impact. In her current role, Kristen has responsibility for the philanthropic giving and grantmaking portfolio, employee volunteerism, workplace accessibility, workplace partnerships, and Employee Resource Groups.

Prior to joining GM, Kristen led DEI, corporate purpose, and social impact practices in professional services organizations of both Accenture and Deloitte. She previously served as global head of DEI for Amazon Worldwide Consumer, leading a multidisciplinary team of 70 specialists, program managers, research scientists, and analytics professionals supporting approximately 1.5 million employees worldwide. Earlier in her career, Kristen held leadership roles at Electronic Data Systems, now part of Hewlett-Packard, where she specialized in DEI, organization and talent strategy, corporate strategy, and global talent programs.

Kristen is also active in leadership and advisory roles beyond GM, serving on the Board of Directors of the National Math and Science Initiative, the American Heart Association Go Red for Women campaign board, the Board of Advisors for Catalyst, the Executive Advisory Council for Seramount, and the CNBC Workforce Executive Council. She holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BS/BA in International Business and Economics from Valparaiso University.
