Konrad Deiters' role is to lead Mercer global Talent Consulting for MCG.

Konrad brings expertise in international HR management from line management and consulting roles and has been with Mercer for more than seven years. Prior to joining Mercer, he did work at several multinationals in various capacities, including mobility, pensions and benefits.

With the Multinational Client Group, Mercer will be the firm that global organizations choose to help solve their people challenges. These organizations need help navigating issues of talent, as well as risk and investment, that impact performance and growth.

Konrad works closely with Global Consultants and Client Managers within MCG, as well as Talent, to increase their capability in addressing strategic talent issues for his multinational clients.
