Kimberly Jones is the Director, Benefits and Leave Operations with the Total Rewards capability at Koch Inc., a multi-industry organization with approximately 130,000 employees worldwide, nearly half of those in the United States.  In her role, Kimberly leads the health, welfare, and leave operations supporting U.S. and Canada employees and family members.  During her 13 years at Koch, Kimberly has successfully operationalized benefits and absence management strategies to achieve business objectives and drive results, implemented a centralized leave capability, transitioned benefits administration to a third party, and led a multitude of initiatives to enhance benefits offerings and employee experience.  Kimberly has deep expertise in benefits administration, leave of absence administration, plan and policy development, and regulatory compliance.  Furthermore, she is a proven leader and trusted partner to her internal customers, with a robust skillset in consultation, organizational transformation, change management, workforce planning and analytics, and talent development.
