In her role as Senior Manager of Sustainability & Social Impact at Adobe, Kim Kerry-Tyerman leads employee giving and volunteering programs for 20,000+ employees across Adobe's global offices. Kim’s career in purpose-minded business began with an Americorps VISTA fellowship at the Taproot Foundation, where she helped develop a consulting program to advance corporate engagement in the nonprofit sector through pro bono service.

While earning a Master’s degree in Public Policy at Mills College, Kim traveled to Ghana and Kenya for the Grameen Foundation’s Bankers without Borders program, where she assessed the needs of local microfinance institutions and piloted an employee volunteer project with JP Morgan. Prior to Adobe, Kim worked at the Salesforce.com Foundation to expand the capacity and impact of their volunteering program.
