Kim has been with Dow Jones & Company and News Corp Benefits teams since 2001. She is responsible for the strategy and daily oversight of the health & welfare programs, well-being initiatives and events, perquisites, as well as absence management for approximately 7000 global active employees and 2000 retirees in the US. Kim and the team are also heavily involved in the marketing and promotion of the benefit programs to employees including the global versions of their MyNewsCorpBenefit websites, as well as Instagram promotion in the US. As a member of SHRM, Kim is a PHR certified HR professional.
