Since joining CIRCLE K in 2017 through the CST Brands acquisition, Kim Barnes has played a central role in enhancing the Total Rewards experience for team members. She holds a BSBA in Accounting and an MBA in Finance, along with the CEBS designation from IFCEBS, reflecting her deep expertise in the Total Rewards space.

With more than 40 years of experience across multiple industries, from engineering and financial services to retail, Kim brings a broad and seasoned perspective to her work. Although she is experienced in all areas of Human Resources, her true passion is Total Rewards, particularly employee benefits, absence management, and recognition programs. She is committed to making things easier and more accessible for team members, helping them navigate the benefits and resources available to them.

A Texas girl at heart, Kim enjoys a full and lively home life (ranch life) with her three daughters, two granddaughters, two dogs, and five exotic sheep who bring a bit of fun to her everyday routine.
