As Senior Vice President of Customer Success at ComPsych, Kim is deeply committed to client partnerships and has built long-standing relationships across ComPsych’s global customers across the company’s suite of EAP, work-life, behavioral health, wellness, and absence management programs. Under her leadership, the Customer Success team consistently surpasses retention goals and raises the bar for client satisfaction. Kim also plays a key role on ComPsych’s Quality Review team, where she champions proactive solutions to strengthen the customer experience and anticipate client needs before they arise.

Kim frequently speaks at industry panels and summits and is respected for her insights on leadership, customer engagement, and continuous quality improvement. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and Education from Anderson University.
