Kevin Caudill is Executive Director – Long-Term Strategy & Portfolio Evolution at Cummins Inc., where he works across the global enterprise on corporate strategy, portfolio evolution and other strategic priorities. His work focuses on assessing the opportunities, risks and tradeoffs shaping Cummins’ businesses and markets and helping inform how the company can best compete, invest and evolve over time.

Previously, Kevin was based in Beijing as Executive Director – Global Corporate Strategy, Special Projects and a member of the Cummins China leadership team. In that role, he developed and implemented strategy for the company’s second-largest global region, navigating growth opportunities and tradeoffs amid increasing geopolitical risk, trade tensions and macroeconomic uncertainty.

Earlier in his Cummins career, Kevin held senior legal leadership roles, most recently as Assistant General Counsel – Strategy, M&A, Tax & Treasury. As the lead lawyer for Cummins’ global M&A activities, he partnered closely with Corporate Development, Corporate Strategy, commercial and operational leaders on major transactions and broader strategic initiatives while leading the legal teams responsible for execution during the most active period of inorganic growth in the company’s history.

Kevin joined Cummins in 2018 after beginning his career in private legal practice, most recently as a partner at Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP. He holds degrees from Grove City College and Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
