Her focus is designing and implementing frameworks that enable a hybrid workforce where humans can thrive alongside AI personal assistants and functional or role-specific digital agents to rethink how the organization works, grows, and delivers value. Additionally, her team is focused on the broader culture activation, change management, and impact measurement that goes along with these efforts. Prior to this, Ketaki has worked in People Analytics, Talent Management, Advisory, and Teaching roles at organizations like Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, NYU, and HBS.
