Kenny has more than 20 years of experience designing implementation of organizational development and employee training strategies. In his role as Vice President of Learning and Organizational Excellence at ComPsych, he oversees the development and implementation of EAP training, customized workshops and other HR products. Kenny strategizes with customers to establish training curricula, and delivers executive coaching, presentations and workshops on topics such as change management, HR compliance, leadership, negotiation skills, client service, presentation skills, and personal development.

Kenny holds a bachelors from Cornell University and is a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement.
