Ken is responsible for UPS Global Information Technology (I.T.), including I.T. Infrastructure Services, Enterprise Architecture, Commercial & Customer Technology, and Finance Technology. Prior to his current role, Ken served as Vice President of Information Technology and Enterprise Analytics.

Ken is innovation driven and over the years he has led significant digital transformations, such as creating consumer facing digital products used by over 100 million UPS customers, migrating legacy mainframe apps to cloud platforms and establishing the UPS data & analytics platforms for rapid ideation.

Ken has a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain & Information Systems from Penn State University. He is certified as a Qualified Technology Expert (QTE) for digital and cyber security. He has been recognized with various industry awards, including the Constellation Research Business Transformation 150, Computerworld CIO Premier 100 and the CDO Analytics Champion.

Ken is active in the New Jersey community and serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Bergen County New Jersey and as co-chair for the Stevens Institute of Technology Computer Engineering Advisory Board.
